Community Intern

About this program

This is an unpaid internship track (3–6 months, ~12–15 hours/week, remote). You will support Maple's Discord and early adopters—helping members feel heard while learning how product teams use community feedback.

You'll work on

Discord moderation, welcomes, and light event coordination
User spotlights and FAQ drafts from real conversations
Weekly summaries of themes from community feedback

What you'll receive

Mentorship on community ops and product feedback loops
Documented contributions you can reference in interviews
Completion summary and reference letter when you finish your term
